Shipping & Returns

Shipping Fees:
- Shipping fees are paid by the customer unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- For orders qualifying for free shipping based on a prior agreement, no shipping fee will be charged.

Shipping Quotes:
- Shipping fees will be calculated and quoted once the order is ready for dispatch.
- Quotes are based on the parcel’s weight, dimensions, and destination.

Payment for Shipping:
- Shipping fees must be paid in full prior to the stock being dispatched.

Responsibility for Transit Issues:
- We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by the courier during transit.
- Please ensure the delivery address provided is correct; we are not liable for shipments sent to incorrect addresses.

Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are only accepted for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
- All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the goods.

Conditions for Returns:
- Returned items must be in unused, original condition and include all original packaging, labels, and documentation.
- Returns will only be accepted with prior authorization. Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before sending any items back.
