SHIPPING POLICY 

• Shipping Fees:

  • Shipping fees are paid by the customer unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • For orders qualifying for free shipping based on a prior agreement, no shipping fee will be charged.

• Shipping Quotes:

  • Shipping fees will be calculated and quoted once the order is ready for dispatch.
  • Quotes are based on the parcel’s weight, dimensions, and destination.

• Payment for Shipping:

  • Shipping fees must be paid in full prior to the stock being dispatched.

• Responsibility for Transit Issues:

  • We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by the courier during transit.
  • Please ensure the delivery address provided is correct; we are not liable for shipments sent to incorrect addresses.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY 

• Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are only accepted for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the goods.

• Conditions for Returns:

  • Returned items must be in unused, original condition and include all original packaging, labels, and documentation.
  • Returns will only be accepted with prior authorization. Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before sending any items back.

• Shipping Costs for Returns:

  • The cost to return items is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective goods).
  • For approved returns, the customer is required to provide a tracking number to confirm the return shipment.

• Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed once the returned items are inspected and approved.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment and will only cover the product's purchase price.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

• Replacements for Faulty Items:

  • If an item is found to be faulty, we will offer a replacement.
  • In cases where a replacement is not feasible, a refund or credit note may be issued at our discretion.

• Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made, bulk, or special-order items are non-returnable unless they are faulty or incorrect.

• Inspection and Claims:

  • Customers must inspect all goods upon delivery and report any issues within 7 days.
  • Claims made after this period may not be honored.
