SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are paid by the customer unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
For orders qualifying for free shipping based on a prior agreement, no shipping fee will be charged.
Shipping Quotes:
Shipping fees will be calculated and quoted once the order is ready for dispatch.
Quotes are based on the parcel’s weight, dimensions, and destination.
Payment for Shipping:
Shipping fees must be paid in full prior to the stock being dispatched.
Responsibility for Transit Issues:
We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by the courier during transit.
Please ensure the delivery address provided is correct; we are not liable for shipments sent to incorrect addresses.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are only accepted for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the goods.
Conditions for Returns:
Returned items must be in unused, original condition and include all original packaging, labels, and documentation.
Returns will only be accepted with prior authorization. Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before sending any items back.
Shipping Costs for Returns:
The cost to return items is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective goods).
For approved returns, the customer is required to provide a tracking number to confirm the return shipment.
Refunds:
Refunds are processed once the returned items are inspected and approved.
Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment and will only cover the product's purchase price.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Replacements for Faulty Items:
If an item is found to be faulty, we will offer a replacement.
In cases where a replacement is not feasible, a refund or credit note may be issued at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom-made, bulk, or special-order items are non-returnable unless they are faulty or incorrect.
Inspection and Claims:
Customers must inspect all goods upon delivery and report any issues within 7 days.
Claims made after this period may not be honored.
