  • Free shipping on all orders with United States of America
  • Express shipping will be calculated based on the parcel’s weight and location.
  • All items are usually shipped within 1-2 business days of payment, Monday - Friday during normal business hours. If there is a delay in shipment, we will contact you as soon as possible.
  • During Sale/Promotion/Busy Periods, orders may take a bit longer to process. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.
  • Orders placed after 12pm EDT will be processed and will leave the warehouse the next business day.
  • For Bulk Orders, please note that it may require additional processing time for shipment.
    • We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred during transit caused by the courier which we have no control over. Same as incorrect delivery address provided.

      • All returns must be sent with tracking number so that your package may be tracked.
      • Returns will be credited to the original form of payment on your order.
    • Where an item is found to be faulty, we will provide a replacement along with the necessary service and support.
