Shipping & Returns

Shipping Fees:
- Shipping fees are paid by the customer unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- For orders qualifying for free shipping based on a prior agreement, no shipping fee will be charged.

Shipping Quotes:
- Shipping fees will be calculated and quoted once the order is ready for dispatch.
- Quotes are based on the parcel’s weight, dimensions, and destination.

Payment for Shipping:
- Shipping fees must be paid in full prior to the stock being dispatched.

Responsibility for Transit Issues:
- We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by the courier during transit.
- Please ensure the delivery address provided is correct; we are not liable for shipments sent to incorrect addresses.

Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are only accepted for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
- All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the goods.

Conditions for Returns:
- Returned items must be in unused, original condition and include all original packaging, labels, and documentation.
- Returns will only be accepted with prior authorization. Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before sending any items back.

Shipping Costs for Returns:
- The cost to return items is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective goods).
- For approved returns, the customer is required to provide a tracking number to confirm the return shipment.

Refunds:
- Refunds are processed once the returned items are inspected and approved.
- Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment and will only cover the product's purchase price.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Replacements for Faulty Items:
- If an item is found to be faulty, we will offer a replacement.
- In cases where a replacement is not feasible, a refund or credit note may be issued at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-made, bulk, or special-order items are non-returnable unless they are faulty or incorrect.

Inspection and Claims:
- Customers must inspect all goods upon delivery and report any issues within 7 days.
- Claims made after this period may not be honored.
